The story behind Tiny Feats Confections
Tiny Feats Confections is located in South Portland, ME. The idea for this bakery was born from a simple desire to experience a piece of childhood and a quest to figure out the best Russian Honey cake recipe. My cakes are not your standard “layer-frosting-layer-decorations'' cake. I see a lot of cakes at parties that serve as a favorite character display/candle vehicle that don’t actually get eaten. To each their own and those cakes definitely have a place. Think of my cakes as a luscious dessert, made with excellent ingredients and decorated with fresh fruit and berries or homebaked cookies. My cakes are light and airy, flavorful but not overly sweet, they melt in your mouth and make you want seconds.
