Thin individually baked tres leches cake layers, filled with “burnt sugar” caramel sauce and light airy whipped cream/mascarpone filling. Decorated with flavorful espresso and Bailey’s Irish cream frosting. Great “grownup celebration” cake with alcohol content and slightly bitter notes of espresso and caramel.
